Refund policy
Customers are welcome to return Custom Apparel items, provided they have not been worn, are returned in their original packaging and meet the return date requirements.
Defective items will be swapped or refunded at Custom Apparel's expense.
If customers would like to return or swap non-defective items, they need to be returned within 7 days, and both the return and potential delivery of new items will be at the customer's expense.
